Local delivery is available every Wednesday & Sunday evening* on eligible orders within Winnipeg, East St. Paul, Oakbank, Dugald, and Headingley, Manitoba. Deliveries are made personally by one of the Wild & Rooted team members.  

*Orders made after 11:00am (CDT) will be delivered the next available delivery day.

All orders are eligible for In-Store Pickup at Endless Permanent Jewelry located in The Village at Pineridge Hollow in Oakbank, Manitoba.

Please allow 24 hours for your orders to be packed and delivered to the pickup location. You will receive an email confirmation once your orders are ready to be picked up. Please note this is a pickup hub so if you have any questions regarding your order please contact Wild & Rooted.

Due to the high volume of online orders, purchases for in-store pickup will be held for 14 days. After 14 days, customers will be reminded to pick up their items. Orders not picked up are subject to a full refund, at Wild & Rooted's discretion. Please contact us if alternate arrangements need to be made.

We ship via Canada Post and offer shipping within Canada only at this time. 

Please Note: Due to the size or fragile nature, some items listed on our website are not available for shipping - these items will note shipping restrictions. 

Shipping rates are calculated by Canada Post at checkout. The estimated shipping times (within Canada) are listed below.

• Expedited Parcel (2-8 Business Days)
•  Xpress Post (2-4 Business Days)
• Priority (2-4 Business Days)

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Wild & Rooted! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below.

General Return Guidelines:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date and will be eligible for a full refund. For orders shipped through Canada Post, items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
• All other returns must be made within 30 days with the original receipt. For orders shipped through Canada Post, the return must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Returns made after 14 days will be issued as store credit only.
• We cannot accept returns or issue store credit for items returned after 30 days from the original order date.
  

Online Orders:

• Online orders can be returned in-store at our pickup hub.
• Returns can also be made by mail. Please send your return with the original invoice or packing slip to the following address:

Final Sale Items:

No Returns: All items from the W&R Handcrafted Collection and Fresh Floral items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Return Shipping Fees:

Customer Responsibility: Wild & Rooted is not responsible for return shipping fees. If you wish, you can contact us to arrange a return shipping label, but please note that the cost of the label will be at your expense.
